The Nylon Mesh Automatic Triangle Pyramidal Bag Tea Packing Machine has a 40 bags/min speed. It can switch modes between pyramid and flat bag packaging, providing greater flexibility in the tea bag production process.
1. One-time complete inner and outer bag packing prevents direct material contact.
2. The inner bag is made of filter paper and is automatically packed with thread and label.
3. The outer bag is made of compound film for added protection.

Multilingual touch screen

Miniature electronic scales
Can choose stainless steel material / plastic material and support custom 2-head, 4-head, and 6-head scales. Each scale can put a different product; while measuring down, the accuracy can reach up to 0.2G, suitable for packaging tea, herbs, flower tea, coconut flakes and other small-weight products.
Ultrasonic sealing
The inner bag is fully ultrasonic sealed and can be cut in a straight line to avoid film waste. A small enclosure will surround it to protect the operator from contact burns, and is environmentally safe. It can handle packaging materials such as nylon, PLA fibre, PET, non-woven, and other ultrasonic sealing materials.
Inner and outer bag integrated packaging
By connecting two machines with one conveyor, inner and outer bags can be packed together simultaneously, saving labour costs.
